2:19:38 PM Commissioner Murdock I am going to move that we add for and I believe it's Condition #17, the language in Susan Swimley's memo on page 2, from it's #1 and with it attach the map which is the Exhibit B, read condition: The subdivider shall re-construct, including subbase, preparation work and paving, to a Gallatin County arterial standard within the existing Monforton Road right-of-way from the subdivision's westerly and north boundary (where the new alignment of Monforton School Road meets the old alignment) to the point of future connection of Durston Road intersects Monforton Road. The distance is a approximately 1/3 of a mile and is outlined in pink on the attached Exhibit B.

2:27:32 PM Commissioner Skinner I would move to approve preliminary plat for Middle Creek Parklands Planned Unit Development Major Subdivision, with staff suggested conditions, with the amended conditions from the memo dated from Warren Vaughan, October 10, with Condition #17 changed to #1, page 2 from Susan Swimley's memo October 10, and adding a condition to address temporary cul-de-sac or appropriate turn around on the end of Durston Road, another condition to require signing and marking of school crossings with consultation from Monforton School and the change of Condition #38 to address Sewer & Water Districts as previously discussed.

4:01:35 PM Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan Suggest amendments to the Now therefores to be amended and to read as follows: 1. To protect water quality and to ensure the safety of the users of Bear Canyon Road, Bear Canyon Road, beginning at the terminus of the ski hill and extending generally to the South and East is closed to all motorized vehicles, bicycles, and horses until October 11, 2007. 2. During this period of time, Bear Canyon Road, beginning at the terminus of the ski hill and extending generally to the South and East will remain open during non-construction times to foot and ski traffic only. 3. Any holder of a dually authorized grazing permit from the Forest Service and/or the DNRC are exempt from this closure. 4. To instruct someone from the county to go out and post signs stating it's closed, comments.
